Our Daily Wellness Check-in calls provide residents with a quick, friendly phone call each day. These calls help ensure that residents are safe, healthy, and supported—giving residents and families peace of mind and staff valuable insight into resident wellbeing.

Calls are made by GRACE—our trained and vetted AI assistant (Guided Resident Assurance & Care Engagement). GRACE delivers a warm, reassuring, and professional call experience with core questions to check on resident health, mood, safety, and daily needs. Each call feels personal – Grace remembers conversations, offers reminders as requested by residents, and engages residents in uplifting interaction.

Daily Wellness Check-in Calls can be scheduled at a consistent time each day, based on the preferences of your staff or residents. Calls can be made to all residents simultaneously or staggered throughout the day to align with your community’s needs.
