Contact UsOur Daily Wellness Check-in calls provide residents with a quick, friendly phone call each day. These calls help ensure that residents are safe, healthy, and supported—giving residents and families peace of mind and staff valuable insight into resident wellbeing.
Calls are made by GRACE—our trained and vetted AI assistant (Guided Resident Assurance & Care Engagement). GRACE delivers a warm, reassuring, and professional call experience with core questions to check on resident health, mood, safety, and daily needs. Each call feels personal – Grace remembers conversations, offers reminders as requested by residents, and engages residents in uplifting interaction.
Daily Wellness Check-in Calls can be scheduled at a consistent time each day, based on the preferences of your staff or residents. Calls can be made to all residents simultaneously or staggered throughout the day to align with your community’s needs.
Each call follows a preset script with core, targeted questions checking on health, mood, safety, and daily needs.
Staff receive immediate email and SMS notifications if a resident does not answer their check-in call or if an issue is detected.
All call information is available on the community portal, including calls answered/unanswered as well as responses from each resident.
Optional family app access allows loved ones to see whether their family member is answering the daily phone calls.
