Every Lifeline service includes a personalized care plan. Depending on the situation, seniors can specify the type of help they will receive – from either a family member, a neighbor, or emergency services.
When using Lifeline Cares, people in the care circle can update availability to respond to calls for help – so that, in an emergency, our Trained Care Specialists know which member of the care circle to contact first.
