Contact UsOnce seniors leave your care, it is nearly impossible to guarantee their safety. Lifeline’s in-home medical alert system provides seniors easy, fast access to help 24/7/365.
Give your seniors the help they need 24/7/365. At just the press of a button, our HomeSafe medical alert system is an affordable way to offer seniors more independence, while being prepared in the event of an emergency. The HomeSafe button is comfortably worn around their neck or wrist for easy access.
Add fall detection technology to help your organization avoid expensive fall-related costs and save thousands of dollars.
With HomeSafe Standard, users can choose from two Help Button styles. They can get a wristband and wear it like a watch, or as a pendant. The help button must be worn as a pendant. Both are discreet, comfortable to wear and easily replaced if damaged.
With a HomeSafe medical alert system, the Help Button is only the beginning. The next critical component is the in-home Communicator. It’s like the system’s home base. When seniors press the Help Button within range, the Communicator works like a speaker-phone and speed-dials our Lifeline Response Center or your healthcare organization for real-time assistance.
With Lifeline’s medical alert service, the seniors in your care are in good hands. We’ve served over seven million seniors in the past 40 years offering peace of mind to subscribers, seniors, caregivers, and family members, as well as healthcare professionals. And, we’ve saved more lives than any other medical alert service.
The HomeSafe medical alert system provides a feeling of security in and around the home.
Optional fall detection technology connects seniors to help quickly after a fall, even if they can’t press their button.*
Lifeline’s fall detection technology minimizes the number of false alarms by using an advanced algorithm that distinguishes between normal everyday movement and a true fall. For seniors that live alone, this is very important. For organizations like yours, this means having an accurate fall history, providing more integrated care to seniors, and helping caregivers proactively prevent the next fall.
The seniors you serve will be connected to Lifeline’s Response Center when they push their Lifeline help button. If they have fall detection, it will automatically call for help if it detects a fall.
A caring Lifeline response associate will quickly accessthe senior’s personal profile, assess the situation, and identify the location through the in-home communicator or On the Go pendant.
The Lifeline response associate will contact the preferred form of help – a neighbor, family member, or emergency services – and will follow up to confirm that help arrives.
