Matt Lapovsky is the Chief Technology Officer of Lifeline, responsible for advancing the company’s technology strategy and digital platforms that power its connected care solutions. His work supports Lifeline’s mission to enable aging adults and at-risk populations to live safely and independently at home.

Since joining Lifeline in 2015, Matt has held multiple senior technology and product leadership roles and has been a key architect of the company’s modernization strategy. He oversees the technology supporting Lifeline’s portfolio of brands, including Lifeline, Medical Alert, and 100Plus, and has played a central role in expanding the company’s digital capabilities, scalability, and adoption of emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence.

Prior to Lifeline, Matt held technology and product leadership roles at The Shubert Organization and Madison Performance Group, and began his career as a consultant at IBM, working with large enterprise clients.

Matt holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from Lehigh University and an MBA in Management of Technology and Operations from NYU’s Stern School of Business.
