Chief Technology Officer
Matt Lapovsky is the Chief Technology Officer of Lifeline, responsible for advancing the company’s technology strategy and digital platforms that power its connected care solutions. His work supports Lifeline’s mission to enable aging adults and at-risk populations to live safely and independently at home.
Matt Lapovsky is the Chief Technology Officer of Lifeline, responsible for advancing the company’s technology strategy and digital platforms that power its connected care solutions. His work supports Lifeline’s mission to enable aging adults and at-risk populations to live safely and independently at home.
Since joining Lifeline in 2015, Matt has held multiple senior technology and product leadership roles and has been a key architect of the company’s modernization strategy. He oversees the technology supporting Lifeline’s portfolio of brands, including Lifeline, Medical Alert, and 100Plus, and has played a central role in expanding the company’s digital capabilities, scalability, and adoption of emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence.
Prior to Lifeline, Matt held technology and product leadership roles at The Shubert Organization and Madison Performance Group, and began his career as a consultant at IBM, working with large enterprise clients.
Matt holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from Lehigh University and an MBA in Management of Technology and Operations from NYU’s Stern School of Business.

2015 to Present
Leads enterprise technology, product engineering, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and digital transformation for Lifeline and its brands. Progressed through Senior Product Manager, Director of Product, VP of Technology, and SVP of Technology before being named CTO. Responsible for the technology platforms underpinning Lifeline, Medical Alert, and 100Plus.
2013 to 2014
Led product management initiatives at one of Broadway's most storied theater companies, building cross-functional technology and product experience outside the healthcare sector.
2008 to 2013
Progressed from Business Systems Analyst to Director of Systems Development to Director of Systems Analysis and Design. Led requirements gathering, software development, systems design, and project management for a performance-based digital marketing firm.
2006 to 2008
Delivered technology consulting engagements for multinational banking clients. Contributed to requirements gathering, software development, testing, and regression quality processes.
