Chief Revenue Officer, Lifeline
Todd Levin is Chief Revenue Officer of Lifeline, the connected health platform behind Lifeline, Medical Alert, and 100Plus. With more than 15 years of experience in healthcare SaaS, analytics, and value-based care, he leads revenue growth and go-to-market strategy, expanding Lifeline’s reach across health plans, provider organizations, and enterprise healthcare partners.
Todd Levin is Chief Revenue Officer of Lifeline, where he leads revenue strategy, sales, and business development for a market leader in care-at-home solutions. He oversees growth across health plans and provider organizations, driving adoption of remote monitoring and in-home support services that improve outcomes and reduce total cost of care for aging adults and at-risk populations.
Todd brings more than 15 years of experience in healthcare SaaS, analytics, population health, and value-based care. His career spans founding and scaling a software company, nearly a decade of progressive leadership at Arcadia.io, and CRO and CCO roles at two high-growth healthcare technology companies before joining Lifeline in August 2024.
His work consistently sits at the intersection of technology, data, and care delivery. From enabling population health analytics at Arcadia.io to building virtual care ecosystems for seniors at Vesta Healthcare to expanding point-of-care diagnostics at Imagen Technologies, Todd has a track record of helping healthcare organizations use technology to improve lives while lowering costs.
At Lifeline, Todd is at the forefront of the company’s mission to keep aging adults and at-risk populations safely at home longer, through Lifeline personal emergency response systems, Medical Alert direct-to-consumer safety devices, and 100Plus remote patient monitoring. He has been active in thought leadership on care-at-home innovation, speaking at national conferences including the MLTSS Summit and HLTH USA 2025.

Studio Sweden algorithms to help seniors stay home longer through earlier, more accurate health issue identification.

Led commercial strategy and growth for a healthcare technology company delivering rapid, high-quality diagnostic imaging within primary care settings. Supported expansion of imaging access and improved patient experience through point-of-care diagnostics. Marked a major milestone of 1,000,000 imaging studies interpreted since the company's commercial launch.

Directed revenue operations and go-to-market strategy for a virtual care platform designed to support seniors aging at home. Built a care ecosystem integrating caregivers, technology, and clinical support to improve quality of life and reduce healthcare utilization.
